Ardent Partners NZ Limited is a New Zealand registered Company (“Ardent”) #1960697 as of 28/06/2007 and is also a registered New Zealand Financial Service Provider (“FSP”) #260985. It can provide a formal declaration separately to this engagement. They are registered and permitted to provide wholesale and/or generic financial adviser services, broker as a custodian, issue securities to the public, issue and manage means of payments i.e. handle deposits on behalf of clients. As a registered Financial Service Provider, Ardent NZ Limited are legally able to hold depositors funds. Such deposits must be held by Ardent, in cash, with declarations in respect to the origin of funds and cleanliness of funds. The two Directors of the Companies hold APEC ABTC travel cards that further verify their good standing, as issued by the Department of Internal Affairs and provide immediate Visa’s throughout the APEC region.

It is intended to support our reach into the United States of America, assist us facilitate banking requirements and allow us to engage USA based project clients.
