Joint Ventures and Licensing
Enviroculture Inc. is currently working with and seeking further involvement with Governments, NGO's, private companies and financiers all over the world. Where agreements have been entered into with parties in their respective countries, they will no longer be available to other parties. Each licensed Joint Venture will require suitable capital attribution, however, Enviroculture Inc. will provide capital expenditure in establishing full operation and equipment. Licensing will be handled by Ardent Partners NZ Limited, a New Zealand registered Financial Service Provider, as representing Enviroculture Inc. handle the private companies office registry insofar as Investment opportunities - to ensure any offers made to interested parties are managed correctly and legally. Investment options may be available for purchase, external to the opportunities.
