TAKE ACTION

Waterkeeper groups and watchdogs can use emerging technology to investigate “at the pipe” discharge problems which may have evaded self-monitoring.  They can look for and address industrial discharges as they  patrol on the water, on the ground, and from the air.  Some are already utilizing aerial surveillance and our soon to be developed ENVIRO MAP can be a source for citizens to report complaints so we can get the information to these local groups. ​
