Enviroculture™ Terms of Service

Terms of Service Last Updated: [10/10/25] Welcome to Enviroculture™, operated by Food Security Technology Inc. (“we,” “our,” “us”). By accessing or using our website (www.enviroculture.org) and related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Use of Our Website You must be at least 18 years old, or have parental consent, to use our website and services. You agree to use our site only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws. You may not interfere with the operation of our site, attempt unauthorized access, or misuse our content.

2. Products and Services We offer digital and physical products, including but not limited to: Digital Downloads (eBooks, guides, etc.) – Delivered electronically after purchase. Preorder Products (Suburban Aquafarm™, Kitchen BONANZA™) – Made-to-order systems with estimated delivery timelines. Enviroculture Academy – Educational content and resources for subscribers. We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or update products at any time.

3. Orders, Payments, and Preorders Payments are processed securely through third-party providers (e.g., Stripe). Preorders are subject to production timelines (typically 4–6 months). Delivery estimates are provided but not guaranteed due to manufacturing or shipping conditions. You agree to provide accurate payment and contact information. By placing an order, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the total amount.

4. Refunds and Cancellations Digital Products (eBooks, downloads): All sales are final once delivered. Preorder Systems: Refund requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Deposits may be non-refundable due to production costs. Enviroculture Academy: Subscription cancellations stop future charges but do not retroactively refund past payments.

5. Shipping and Delivery Free shipping and installation are included for select preorder systems within the USA (as stated at purchase). Estimated delivery dates are provided but may vary due to supply chain or unforeseen circumstances.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.

6. Intellectual Property All content on our site, including text, images, logos, videos, and technology (e.g., BONANZA™, Enviroculture™ systems), is owned by Food Security Technology Inc. or its licensors. You may not copy, distribute, or use our content without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability Our systems are designed for food production and education but require responsible use. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or website. Results (yields, savings, health benefits) may vary based on conditions and personal use.

8. Warranties and Disclaimers We provide our services and products “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We disclaim liability for factors beyond our control, such as weather, misuse, or third-party services.
