FST's intention is bring this green disruptive technology to market quickly; giving those visionary "first-movers" advantage to capitalize on this technology with their customers and consumers. As a fair and typical JV agreement, those first to establish the ENVIROCULTURE™ trademark brand in a local market region, are assured protection from any competition of other JV partners.
Patents: FST has a patent pending system that converts toxic fish farm waste into valuable plant fertilizer saving on both waste disposal and buying industrial fertilizer.

COST SHARING & TYPES OF JOINT-VENTURE PARTNERSHIP
Purchase Orders and Cost Sharing: FST recognizes at this early stage before we can establish ourselves in this very large market not only product development but market research is necessary. Cost sharing would be the least amount of investment risk and could be the best option for fish farmers, vegetable growers, food wholesalers, retailers, business groups, government agencies, and/or community groups. Purchase Orders that the Joint Venture acquires can be leveraged to get finance for FST to build a Joint Venture facility. FST will a build the system at cost with a small percentage added on. By sharing costs, together, we can develop the local market where both parties win. FST can operate the facility at cost, selling the ordered produce heavily discounted (65 to 80%) to repay the financing. Once purchase orders have been filled and delivered, and financing repaid, the Joint Venture partner would operate the facility, sharing profits with FST for an agreed period of time.
Owner Operator JV Partner: Another JV option if farmers or growers who wish to manage the Commercial Aquafarm system by themselves, the percentage of FST's involvement could be reduced to zero. With this option a license to use the ENVIROCULTURE™ brand would be issued to the farmers for a small annual fee, with periodic checks for compliance. FST would provide all the training necessary to operate the facility as this would be included in the price of the Commercial Aquafarm at the business rate.

URBAN L.E.D LIGHTING PARTNERSHIPUrban L.E.D. Commercial Aquafarm JV Partner: FST has the technology to apply the Commercial Aquafarm in any situation such as open fields without services, in the desert with extreme heat, in the snow with extreme cold, and in heavily populated urban areas inside buildings.
FST is seeking a JV partner with existing L.E.D. lighting technology to use alternative energy sources of light to replace natural sunlight for growing vegetables. L.E.D lighting to grow the plants, algae and plankton inside buildings extends FST's capacity to establish growing facilities within urban populated areas. If space is an issue within the building we can design vertical growing systems that maintain the hallmark of all FST's Aquafarm Systems. FST will design and build the most efficient configuration given the building layout, to grow plant, algae and plankton using L.E.D. lighting. The FST design will allow for easy seeding and harvesting that is economically viable to build and maintain.

AQUACULTURE LAND BASED SYSTEMS
These large 180,000 + gallon tanks are more economical than smaller tanks. Each tank requires auto-feeders, water recycling, filtering and aeration to provide the best water quality for growing. The average cost for one tank of this size with filters all complete is about $1 million dollars. The annual production of one tank is about 180,000 lbs. of fish. FST Systems are much more cost efficient.

These three tanks are similar size as on the left made however made of concrete and steel. Notice the tanks are built into the floor with about 4ft above the ground. The square box on the side is for harvesting and transferring fish to and from the tank.

Notice the tilapia fish very thick at the surface especially when feeding. FST has its own feed blend that does not use wild caught fish for two good reasons. The first is that wild caught fish is not sustainable and second the fish oils and fats in the feed lowers the water quality upon contact. FST's feed blend uses plant based protein and live feed for water cleanliness and clarity.

HYDROPONIC GREENHOUSES & VERTICAL L.E.Ds
A high production hydroponic greenhouse growing system costs about $1 million/acre to build. That amount spread over twenty years of carefree growing would amount to $50,000/year capital loan repayments nothing compared to the gross earnings per year of a $1 million more than covers the initial capital cost. FST design is less than a third of the cost with the same output.

This is a combination of sunlight and L.E.D. light where the hydroponic NFT system above is layered vertically to increase the growing area. FST is aware that the design and building cost of vertical growing L.E.D. systems can defeat the purpose whereby, the building cost and continuous high operation costs can cancel out all savings of space and lighting. FST design has a solution.

This system looks like it would require high power consumption to rotate the growing drums around the L.E.D. lighting. The savings on light source in the center and vertical space is probably lost to the cost of building and extra energy required to operate. Planting and harvesting looks like it could be very time consuming which will only add to overall cost and less profit. FST design has a solution for these problems.
